Deliveries for wholesale and made to order sales will be chargeable based on the size and weight of the boxes. 

All costs will be confirmed to you by email prior to despatch. 

As part of our customer promise we take time to ensure your order is packaged well in order for your goods to arrive in perfect condition.Your order will be shipped using our preferred courier (Royal Mail for smaller items) and we always compare prices to ensure you receive the most cost effective and reliable method of shipping. If you would like to use your own carrier we will require the name of the courier and your account number.

We will notify you of the waybill number once the goods have been despatched so that you can track your delivery. 

Please note: Elizabeth Parker cannot be held responsible should local customs & authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. We cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of our goods to your particular country or location is permissible so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions and duties that may apply by law.

We'll review your registration and get back to you asap, typically within 1 working day, with your login details, a price list, wholesale catalogue, and instructions on how to use the site. Note: All orders placed through the website are non-binding; when you place an order, we'll review it and get back to you with a Pro Forma for payment and any additional information.
   
   
3. Login and browse the website as normal, adding the items you want to your basket and choosing the quantities of each.
   
   Proceed to your basket and add any special instructions (such as notes regarding delivery, box liners, etc.), and proceed to the checkout.
   
   You'll receive a confirmation order of what you've chosen immediately and we will follow up with confirmation and a Pro Forma for payment in your chosen currency (GBP, EUR, or USD). Once payment has been made, we will ship the goods.
