Terms and Conditions of Supply

When buying in Pounds Sterling (£)

Price

  1. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling net. Prices are ex-works and carriage is calculated as extra.

  2. All prices are subject to VAT extra @ 20%. Not applicable to export orders.

  3. All import duty and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Prices are subject to change without notice

Minimum order

  1. There are no minimum quantities or minimum values on cufflink orders.

  2. There is a minimum order quantity of 100 pairs for cuff knot orders only.

Payment

  1. Customers will be supplied on a pro-forma basis unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Two trade references are required. Thereafter payment terms are strictly 30 days net.

  3. Title to goods remains with Elizabeth Parker Promotions Ltd until payment has been received in full.

  4. All EC customers will be required to provide a valid tax number.

Order Confirmation

  1. Once your order has been received Elizabeth Parker will acknowledge receipt of your order, confirming order details and delivery times.

Delivery

  1. We take time to ensure your parcel is packaged well in order for your goods to arrive in perfect condition.

  2. Your order will be shipped using our preferred courier. We always compare prices to ensure you receive the most cost effective and reliable method of shipping.

  3. If you would like to use your own carrier we will require the name of the courier and your account number.

  4. If your parcel is sent by courier you will be notified of the waybill number.
